How do I renew my membership?
You may renew your membership at any time online or in person at the Zoo’s membership booth.

How will I receive my membership card?
Your membership card is available within 24 hours through our new digital membership card app. You can also check in with a photo ID at any time.

Download your digital membership card by following these steps:

1. Download the “eMembership card” App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Choose Cameron Park Zoo and then select Find My Membership Cards
3. Enter the phone number you provided when you joined and your last name and download your cards

Please email us at membership@cameronparkzoo.com to verify or update your phone number and/or last name.

Can I bring guests with my membership?
Your membership covers the named adults on the membership card. If you have a Family, Grandparent, or Patron level membership, your children/grandchildren 17 & under are also covered. Your guests may use your one day free passes or they will need to pay at one of our general admission ticket booths.

How can I change my Membership information?
Call the Membership department at 254-750-8408 or email us at membership@cameronparkzoo.com.

I have a Family Membership, can my children visit the zoo without me?
Yes, your children are covered by your membership. We can look up your membership in our membership booth; however, the adult accompanying your children will need to pay admission or use one of your guest passes for free entrance.

Why have you requested my email address?
In order to pursue our mission of going green, we are trying to lower the amount of paper products that we distribute from the Zoo. We send a monthly e-newsletter and your renewal notices via email. We do not distribute your information to any third parties.

Is a Cameron Park Zoo Membership good at other zoos?
Over 100 other Zoos and Aquariums nationwide participate in reciprocal membership with us, allowing zoo members discounted admission to their facility. Be sure and bring your membership card & a photo ID when visiting other zoos. Click here for a list of the zoo we are reciprocal with.

How do I receive discounts at concessions/gift shop?
Show your membership card in the gift shop and café for 10% off your total purchase. Please show your membership card at the beginning of your transaction to receive the discount.

What should I do if I cannot find my membership card?
You don’t have to miss out on a trip to the Zoo! You can always bring your photo ID to the Membership Entrance for verification of your Membership status and admittance. Please call 254-750-8408 or email membership@cameronparkzoo.com.

Can I lend my card to a friend or family member?
Your Membership is non-transferable, allowing only those adults listed on the Membership cards and their children 17 & under to be admitted free of charge. As we are a non-profit organization that relies on public funding to cover our operating expenses, we try very hard to keep our Membership prices as affordable as possible. Please encourage your friends & family to join so they can also enjoy the Membership benefits.
