Cameron Park Zoological & Botanical Society Charitable Contribution Policy
Thank you for your interest to include Cameron Park Zoo in your upcoming event! Please read below to see if your organization qualifies to receive a donation from the Cameron Park Zoological and Botanical Society.
The Cameron Park Zoological Society is committed to giving back to our local communities by considering all charitable donation requests from qualified 501(c) (3) nonprofit organizations in the Central Texas area. It is our policy to donate up to two adult and two children passes per year per eligible organization until our donation quota is met. Behind the scenes tours, blocks of tickets, or cash cannot be donated.
Please keep in mind that while each request receives careful consideration, we regret that we are unable to accommodate all of the organizations that merit our assistance. The following groups are ineligible to receive complimentary pass donations:
- Individuals or individual families
- For-profit organizations
- Political campaigns
- Non-educational institutions
Due to the high volume of inquiries and our abilities as a non-profit organization, we cannot respond to each individual request and not all requests can be accommodated.
Please review the following information before submitting your request
Requests are accepted by email only. No in-person or phone solicitations will be accepted.
Each organization can only receive one contribution from the Cameron Park Zoological & Botanical Society per fiscal year.
Requests must be submitted at least 30 days or more before your event. We are happy to mail zoo passes free of charge, but if you would like a small stuffed animal to be included, your organization must pick it up at the zoo. No requests will be considered less than 30 days prior to the event.
